A lovely 1 bedroom, fully furnished garden flat available to rent on a short term basis (negotiable but minimum 3 months) on Wilmot Street in Bethnal Green.

5 minutes to tube, 1 minute to overland railway and walking distance to the City.

Tesco express, big Sainsburys (Whitechapel) and local markets are within 5 and 10 minutes walking distance. York Leisure Center andn++Victoria Park are also within walking distance with plenty of lovely cafes, pubs, restaurants along the canal and nearby in Shoreditch, Hackney and Clapton.n++

The flat is fully furnished with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed in the bedroom, a small dining table, sofa, a TV and a chair in the living room, all kitchen utensils and appliances in the kitchen and a garden table with 4 chairs in the garden.

The flat is far from being luxurious but if you like a cute and quirky pad with a bit of a character in a central location it will be perfect for you. The flat is small especially in terms of storage facilities and therefore is mostly suitable for a single person rather than a couple but definitely no pets or smokers please.n++
