On the ground floor there's a large, high ceilinged lounge and a kitchen with dining area leading to a south facing garden. Also a small under stair toilet.
The first floor has two large doubles and two ample single bedrooms as well as a wet bathroom. The newly converted loft is bright and spacious with large windows and a separate bathroom with shower and bath.

The house is in the catchment area for three excellent schools, Epping Forest is nearby if you want a bit of greenery and road has recently been ' mini-hollanded' so it's very quiet.

At the end of the street you'll find two micro breweries, the neon wonderland that is Gods Own Junkyard, and a gin palace. The old school recreation centre opposite is currently being renovated into art studios.

Wood Street overground is 5 minutes away with a 20 minute journey to Liverpool Street while Walthamstow Central underground is a 15 minute walk away.
