" Stunning is one way of describing this two bedroom Victorian terraced property! Close To Blackhorse Road tube station, over ground, great access for buses, walking distance to the longest High Street in Europe where they is a good array of shops. The property is set in beautiful and popular Lloyd park, which many families use during those usually hot Sunday's and spare time. Great inks into North London, Especially great if you are a Leyton Orient fan or Tottenham spur fan, great links to the local grounds. The property itself is stunning to look at, brick fronted sash window, various original features and in my opinion one of the better looking in the road. When you walk in, its like walking into a designers house, superbly presented with painted wooden floors, original panelled doors, fireplaces, high ceilings, fitted book shelves, tastefully decorated with a large first floor bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, great kitchen area with doors opening to stunning mature garden and outside W.C, so perfect if you like entertaining. Call today for an internal viewing!! being sold with no onward chain!"

What the Owner says:

''We registered with the local agent to move to the area, we wanted a property we could add our mark to, with as many original features as possible, in a nice area and close to the tube. When we walked into Higham Hill road we couldn't believe our luck, the property had many of its original features, sash windows, being brick fronted, original doors. Situated in a nice area and situated close to local amenities, tube station and bus station, even walk able to Walthamstow High street. We have loved the house and we think viewers will se that!
