Description

This deceptively spacious property has been extended over the years to provide a stunning and sizable family home which needs to be viewed to fully appreciate the accommodation within. There is an extended living dining room leading to a conservatory which enjoys views of the garden, the extended breakfast kitchen is light and airy with a pitched roof, high gloss units and lots of natural light, there is also a separate utility. The four bedrooms are all double sized rooms, two are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There is a house bathroom and an en suite. The fourth bedroom is a double room with storage in the eaves and built in wardrobes.

Outside
The rear garden is fully enclosed by panel fencing. There is a paved area for alfresco dining and entertaining, outside tap, courtesy lighting and an expanse of lawned area beyond with established borders full of plants, foliage and trees.

There is a timber framed garden shed and a summer house and access via a roller shutter door to the garage. On the opposite side of the garden a small, covered passageway gives access to the front of the property.
