Location

Oakham Drive is in the popular area of Oakham. Situated on the outskirts of Dudley town centre. Leading onto Townsley Hall Avenue which in turn leads onto the Oakham Road, this road provides transport links to and from Dudley town centre and in the opposite direction towards Tividale. There are local amenities in the form of a Co-operative supermarket situated on the corner of Oakham Road and Regent Road which leads towards the New Birmingham Road providing transport links in one direction towards the Birchley Park Island leading onto the M5 motorway and to Birmingham city centre. In the opposite direction towards the Burntree Junction having a Tesco Extra superstore, further afield is Dudley zoo, Castlegate development having a range of local restaurants, cinema and bowling alley along with the Black Country museum

Our View

An internal inspection is highly recommended on this gas central heated and double glazed bay fronted traditional semi detached property that has been improved by the current owners. The property stands back from the road behind a driveway providing parking for a number of vehicles and gives access to the garage. The entrance door leads into the entrance porch and in turn leading into the hallway, door leads into the lounge having double glazed patio doors opening onto the rear garden, brick built fireplace and a further door leads to the dining room which has a double glazed window. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with work surfaces over, sink and drainer, integrated appliances include oven and gas hob with extractor hood above, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, courtesy door leads into the lobby and further access into the utility room having plumbing for washing machine and door to the rear garden. Leading from the lobby there is a groundfloor cloakroom and further access to the garage. The first floor landing leads to three bedrooms of which the master bedroom has a double glazed bay window and fitted wardrobes. Leading from the landing there is an inner landing with a doorway leading to a staircase giving access to the attic room having under eaves storage and a double glazed skylight window. From the inner landing there is access to bedroom two which overlooks the rear garden and having understairs storage. Bedroom three there are also wardrobes with drawers. The bathroom has a four piece white suite. Externally the private rear garden comprises of patio, lawn area, garden borders and fence boundary
