7 Talbot Road comprises a detached bungalow, probably built in the 1960‘s to traditional specifications and faced in reconstructed stone, under a tiled roof.

The property has been under the same ownership for a number of years, and would now require some updating to suit modern living requirements.

It has a pleasant feel and offers well proportioned accommodation, occupying a nice position within the street. The property is also offered to the market with no onward chain.

Lyme Regis is a picturesque coastal town noted for its many character buildings, centuries old Cobb Harbour and unspoilt surrounding countryside. The town centre provides good shopping facilities for day to day needs and the larger centres of Taunton and Exeter are both about 28 miles away. There is a main line railway station at Axminster 6 miles inland . In Lyme Regis there is also a sailing club, bowls, golf course, theatre and numerous local societies.

The town is situated on the beautiful and unspoilt Devon and Dorset Jurassic Coast awarded World Heritage Site status by UNESCO in December 2001.

Outside Talbot Road is a mature residential cul de sac comprising mainly of bungalows built in the 1950‘s and 1960‘s, located about 3 4 mile from the town centre and seafront. The bungalow is approached from the pavement via a set of steps to a pathway, leading to the front entrance and also providing side access to the rear garden either side. The front garden is laid to lawn with mature planting and shrubs throughout, bordered by low level block walling. A set of wrought iron gates to one side of the bungalow off the pavement leads to a driveway for two vehicles, as well as the single garage with up and over manual door. There is a raised timber decking area to the upper part of the rear garden, which can be accessed internally from the kitchen, whilst the lower level is terraced and laid to lawn with timber sleepers. There are a variety of mature trees, planting and shrubs throughout, and which is enclosed by part fencing and high hedging.
