" This attractive semi detached property, which was built in 1910, is situated in a popular location within walking distance of the town centre. The accommodation offers sitting room, dining room, kitchen and shower room on the ground floor with three bedrooms and cloakroom on the first floor. Outside, to the front is a parking bay for one car (if the flower bed was removed, it may take 2 cars) and to the rear an enclosed, west facing garden. Although the property benefits from uPVC double glazing and gas central heating to a modern condensing boiler, the interior would now benefit from modernisation and upgrading.
