Dunscroft is well served with a range of local amenities and lie approximately 4 miles from Doncaster town centre. There is a main line railway station in Doncaster and the M180 is also within reach.

This property is entered via the entrance hall which has stairs to the first floor. Externally there is a front garden and an enclosed rear garden with pond, water tap and access gate.



Directions :-

Head out of Doncaster on Thorne Road and at the roundabout near Sainsbury's turn left going through Edenthorpe. At the roundabout after Tesco continue ahead into Dunscroft. At the traffic lights turn left onto Broadway and follow the road for approximately 1 mile. Turn left into Myrtle Road where the property can be found on the right hand side identified by the Your Move for sale board.
