The new branch of Crofts Estate Agents are expanding their residential portfolio, by adding this semi-detached three bedroomed house. The town centre and all its amenities are only a short walk away as is the local comprehensive which is now an Academy and has built a good reputation. With good sized gardens to the front and rear, which has a children’s play house at the bottom of it and front garden plenty of space for off road parking I am sure this property will generate interest from would be buyers. With good transport links both by bus and car and the M180 and Humberside Airport only a few minutes drive away.
