" We are pleased to offer for sale a 3 bedroom semi detached property on Cooper Road, close to Carr Lane and all local amenities. Walking distance from Cleethorpes itself and Grimsby Town centre, and close to all local schools. This property is in need of modernisation. Accommodation briefly consists of an entrance hall, living room to the front of the property, sitting/dining room to the rear and kitchen. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom. Outside the front garden is easy to maintain and then at the rear there is a lovely sunny garden and outside toilet. NO ONWARD CHAIN.

ENTRANCE HALL Through a single glazed obscure door to the entrance porch then through a single glazed leaded and stained door into the entrance hall.
