Location

Armthorpe is a suburb of Doncaster, situated approximately three miles from the town centre and approximately one mile from the M18. The area is well served by a good range of shops and amenities including supermarkets, banks and schools.

This very pleasant family home is entered via an entrance porch, off which is the entrance hall, where there are stairs to the first floor. The sitting room is of a generous size measuring approximately 14'0 x 12'0 and has a double glazed bow window overlooking the front garden, a dado rail and recessed shelving. The kitchen/dining room is towards the rear of the property, measuring almost 17'0 wide and has a matching range of wall and base units, an understairs cupboard with plumbing for a washing machine, attractive part tiled walls to the kitchen area and an extractor hood. Leading off the kitchen is the sun room, which has spotlights, double glazed french doors onto the rear garden and a dimmer switch. On the first floor, the landing has an airing cupboard and loft access via a ladder. The loft is part boarded and has a light. There are three bedrooms, with the rear bedroom boasting a fine open view over fields and the small bedroom having a built in wardrobe and storage cupboard with sliding doors built over the stair-head. At the roundabout by Sainsburys, proceed straight on and at the next roundabout, take the third exit into Armthorpe.
