Downstairs Wash Room: There is a downstair WC and WHB off the kitchen which also contains the modern combi-boiler with additional space perfect for storing cleaning materials. 

Lounge: The lounge area is very large and consists of neutrally decorated walls and newly fitted carpet. 

Bedroom 1/Reception Room 2: There is a second large ground floor room which can either be used as a second reception room / dining room or an additional large double bedroom. This is decorated neutrally and has had newly fitted carpets.
