DESCRIPTION - GROUND FLOOR

At the roundabout take a left onto the A444 continue pass Toons Warehouse on the right hand side, taking the 3rd exit at the roundabout into Burton Road, Take the first right into Linton Road. Continue along until reaching the left hand turning into Main Street, taking the first right hand turn into The Crest. Continue along taking the next left into Seal View then right onto Princess Ave, where the property can be found on the right hand side, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell TO LET board.
