Church Gresley is a bustling village close to the South Derbyshire town of Swadlincote. The property is located close to the centre of the village with shops, schools and parks all within walking distance. DESCRIPTION

To the first floor, the master bedroom is a double located to the front. Bedroom two is a good sized single to the rear. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a bath with integrated shower, vanity wash basin and WC.

A side entry provides shared access to and over the rear of the property, where there's also a garden with lawn and outbuilding with plumbing and power, currently used as a utility.

DIRECTIONS
From our Swadlinocte office, turn right into Civic Way and proceed up to the island, continuing straight ahead onto Derby Road. At the traffic lights at Morrisons, take the right lane following the road around to Coppice Side. At the mini island turn right on to Common Road, Church Gresley, where the property can be found on the left hand side, as identified by our "For Sale" board.
