This property is situated in Albert Village, this is in an excellent location for schools being within close proximity to Ashby Grammar School. The property is situated within the heart of the National Forest and has pleasant rural countryside walks and the local lake. It is approximately a mile and a half from Swadlincote town centre. The town centre provides local shops, supermarkets and other local amenities.

Upon entering this property there is on a double glazed door to front elevation on tiled flooring, stairs off to the first floor, there is a cloak room/WC, there is a wash basin, low flush WC and double glazed window to the front aspect. This kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units, and complimentary work surfaces, integrated appliances including a gas hob and electric oven, integrated fridge freezer and washing machine. Double glazed window to the front aspect with tiled flooring. The lounge has double glazed French doors leading out to the rear patio and fitted carpet. On the first floor the landing gives access to three bedrooms. The master bedroom has two double glazed windows to the front aspect, two further bedrooms and an airing cupboard with a combi boiler. The bathroom is appointed with a three piece suite comprising of panelled bath with shower over, tiled splash backs and vinyl floor covering with ceiling spotlight. To the rear there is gated access and the garden is Astroturf with fenced boundaries and a patio area, gated access leading to the parking and there are two allocated parking spaces.
