Your Move have pleasure in bringing to the market this five bedroom detached house situated on Burton Road in Midway. The property briefly comprises of entrance porch and hallway, cloakroom/WC, lounge. sitting room, breakfast kitchen and there is a utility room and store room to the lower ground floor. This property is situated approximately half a mile from Swadlincote Town Centre where there are shops, supermarkets. local eateries and a local cinema. It is situated midway point between Burton and Ashby and has bus routes to both of these towns, there is also a train station providing local trains to Derby and to Birmingham from Burton.

Our View

Upon entering this property there is a glazed front door leading into a porch way and through into the hallway. The hallway has feature wood flooring and stairs off to the first floor, there is a cloakroom/WC and a good size family lounge which has an inset gas fire with decorative surround, coving to ceiling, double glazed windows to the front aspect and double doors leading through into the sitting room, the sitting room has double glazed French doors leading out to the rear patio and has feature wood flooring. The kitchen/breakfast room is comprehensively fitted with a modern range of wall and base units with complementary work surfaces, there are integrated appliances including a gas hob, electric oven and extractor fan, integrated dishwasher, double glazed windows and to the rear and a door leading out to the side. The lower ground floor there is a family shower room with shower cubicle with mains fed shower, wash basin and low flush w,c, also there is a cellar and utility room, the utility houses a wall mounted gas central heating boiler, plumbing for washing machine and space for further appliances, there is also storage to the left under the property. The first floor landing gives access to four bedrooms, the master has a double glazed window to the front aspect, a dressing area which has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a built in WC, units, storage and laminated wood effect flooring, there's a family shower room on this floor which has a shower cubicle. The shower room which has a main fed shower, wash basin and low flush WC. There is a feature spiral staircase, this leads off to the top floor where there is a further landing and bedroom with storage. The second bedroom is on the first floor, the second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. Outside to the front of the property there are electric gates leading to a blocked paved driveway providing off road parking for at least eight vehicles, there is also a garage with electric up and over door, gate leading down to the side and rear patio area which overlooks the rest of the garden and has countryside views.
