Garden avenue is arguably one of the area's finest and most sought after location's with popular chalet style houses up and down this tree lined road.

Bexleyheath train station is within a mile radius and has great transport links to central London. In the other direction is Bexleyheath shopping mall which caters for all age groups and dotted up and down the Broadway are an array of restaurants of all different cuisines with a pub here and there.
Bexleyheath academy for secondary education is just around the corner in addition to many reputable primary schools.

There's a lounge to kick back in after a hard days work which could be knocked into the current bedroom four/study which is at the front subject to consent. This would create a large open space across the whole of the front of the property.
