" THE PROPERTY: Laurel Brae comes to the market for the first time in approximately twenty years. This property was built circa 1920 and has been extended over the years to give excellent family accommodation. Approximately two years ago the current vendors had a bespoke kitchen fitted . The property has part double glazing with some parts still retaining the original feature windows. The garden is in excess of 150ft in length with panoramic views over the Darent Valley and the countryside beyond. Laurel Brae is reasonably placed for Eynsford railway station which has links to London and the south coast and is within reasonable access of the M20/M25 motorway links also to London and the south coast. Throughout the beautiful village of Eynsford there is a bridge over the ford, Norman church, Riverside and good public houses. The primary school in the village has an excellent Ofsted report and there is a choice of schools in the area for senior education and a variety of childrens' after school clubs. There is also a football pitch, childrens' playground, cricket meadow and Eynsford castle and the Roman villas.
