" Nestled in the middle of a row of three Bovis houses, with a fair amount of lawn, trees and shrubs to front and over looking Church Road, is this lovely 3 bedroom home in Caling Croft. It has a well established and cared for rear garden which is sunny in the afternoon and evening.As you enter the home you will find the double glazed front door leading to a porch area where you can take off your shoes and coats before going into the lounge and a spacious lounge at that! Measuring 19’1” x 16’4” and being very open and bright with enough space for your large sofas as well as a table and chairs for four people. This then leads to a lobby with a downstairs cloakroom on one side and a recently fitted kitchen on the other. There is space for all your appliances and views over that lovely garden I mentioned earlier. Upstairs you can see the vendor’s handy work in the new bathroom suite he tiled this year and 3 very well presented bedrooms.
Just round to the side of the house is its garage and although en-bloc, there is space not just to park in front of but also parking spaces off to the side means ample parking for two cars.

“We had always dreamed of living on “Church Road” in Hartley and at the time we were looking, this was the closest that we could get ! It’s a lovely road to look out over and we are right on the edge of Caling Croft, so we have the added benefit of being out of the way whilst still being pretty close to everything in New Ash Green”We have kept everything in the house in very good order. I service the boiler every year and over the last few years I’ve redone the patio and fitted a new bathroom in 2010. I chose this house because of the parking and garage. There’s enough parking by the side for both our cars and another if we use the garage”
