The home offers two double bedrooms and a rear facing lounge that overlooks the tidy and secluded lawned rear garden. It also benefits from double glazed windows and gas heating via a combi boiler. The home is situated in a cul de sac in the leafy New Barn. Along New Barn Road is Broadditch Farm Shop and Manor Farn Barn (gastro pub). There are several reasons my partner and I have loved living here. Newbarn is a great area to enjoy family walks, whilst being within walking distance to the Green Man country pub and a short drive to Manor farm barn. It is also a short distance to supermarkets such as Sainsbury's in pepper hill and Waitrose in Longfield. We're a short drive from Longfield station (5 minutes) and Ebbsfleet International (10 minutes).
Foxwood way is a peaceful street with extremely friendly neighbours on both sides always happy to offer a helping hand if needed. Most of the residents on our street have lived here a long time which creates a friendly community.
We always feel comfortable that they will watch over our property when we are away. It's also very convenient that we can easily access the A2 and are only a short distance away from Rochester and Bluewater shopping centre.
Our bungalow is also complimented from a spacious drive that can accommodate multiple vehicles which always comes in handy when friends and family are visiting.
