An ideal room to relax in with a glass of wine!A house with this layout is perfect for socialising in and the downstairs bathroom is ideal as it saves guests having to venture upstairs to the 'little boys room', leaving the first floor as your own private space!This home has been well loved and cared for which I am sure will give the new owners peace of mind that they will have no large maintenance costs hidden around the corner. The upstairs has 4 good size bedrooms providing the ideal living situation for families with 2/3 children.

We have always kept our home in good order, as we have always upgraded things so we could enjoy them.
We have never considered moving until now, so nothing has had a 'quick fix'. We always loved where we live, the neighbours, the street and South Welling has been the perfect place for us. The shops round the corner, station up the road and schools - all a stones throw away which is just what our family needed at the time.If the children were still young and living at home, we would definitely stay here, but as the family gets older, the attraction of moving a little further out into a more rural area is just what we want.
