" Available immediately is this spacious three bedroom purpose built flat. The property is located just a short walk from Sidcup mainline station and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing throughout, the latter, only fitted last year. Internally, the flat benefits from having a very pleasant south facing outlook with light and airy main lounge / diner offering an unusually large living space.The communal areas of Stanton Court are cleaned weekly and maintained to a high standard. The area itself is accessed via video door entry system.Externally, you will find a secure, private single garage fronted by an allocated parking space. The grounds are well maintained too, offering a pleasant area to relax in good weather and a beautiful outlook from the rear facing windows.This property is not suitable for students or pets.

Entrance Hall
