" Because of the brilliant blend of Countryside living and access to more urban facilities closeby, the semi rural village of Sole Street, near Meopham, has never been more desirable.Within minutes of stepping out of the home, you could be enjoying a scenic walk across open fields and with Camer Park Country Park & Jeskyns Park on your doorstep, it is an ideal location for those who love their outdoor space. On the flip side, you could be on a train to London from the mainline station at either Sole Street or Ebbsfleet International, both of which are very local to this home.The accommodation throughout this detached bungalow is extremely spacious and the layout is very practical allowing its occupants to spread their wings without constantly tripping over one another. At the time of our inspection, the lounge was flooded with light from being double aspect. There is a separate dining area and the kitchen overlooks the rear garden.Both the bathroom and separate WC were renewed in 2008 and if you need 3 bedrooms, then this home can accommodate, but if not, the third bedroom would make a super study and is currently being used as such.
The garden is a very pleasant part of this home and from the look of its presentation, the current owners clearly have green fingers and enjoy the privacy that the outdoor space provides.

Part of the reason why I have been so happy here for the past 18 years, has not just been because of the peace and quiet that we experience every day, but also because of the sheer convenience of where we live.With 3 train stations to choose from, one of which is Ebbsfleet International, and access to the A2/M2 on my doorstep, getting around generally, let alone to London, has been fantastic.
