This was my first property. It attracted me because of the location, being quiet but also being a 10-15 minutes walk to Gravesend town centre, with Ebbsfleet rail link being easily accessible, taking just 17 minutes to get to London, but also only a 10 minute drive onto the A2/M2.I bought this property because it had potential and needed some work and since moving in I have extended and fitted a brand new kitchen and bathroom, re-plastered and decorated all rooms throughout, refurbished original wooden floors and landscaped and fitted decking in the garden. I have enjoyed refurbishing this property and now have the need to take on another project.
