" Gravesend is an established town which has been in existence for many centuries and, as you would expect, there is a diverse array of properties, some dating back to the early 1800's available at any one time. Period properties are always popular as you rarely find that feeling of space in more modern houses, and this semi-detached home certainly does not disappoint. All the rooms are of a good size with high ceilings and period style features which include ornate cornices, dado and picture rails as well as feature fireplaces in both reception rooms and two of the bedrooms. There are modern features as well, such as a gas central heating system and double glazed windows but, you will be pleased to note, that these have been sympathetically fitted and include stained glass fanlights in the front bay window. There are many other features of which there are far too many to mention, the best way to discover them is to take a view.

What the Owner says:

We bought this house back in 1987 and, whilst raising our family, have been very happy here. As soon as we viewed the property we fell in love with its period features and the size it offered, as well as the layout. We have updated the property, periodically over the years to keep it well maintained. The location has been ideal as the town centre and all its amenities are within a short walk, yet you feel far enough away to miss all the hustle and bustle.
