We are pleased to offer this well-presented, 3 bedroom mid-terraced house situated in an established and popular location in the heart of Crewe's residential area.

The property is close to local amenities including schools, shops, and a park, and is within easy 10-15 minute walking distance of both Crewe Town Centre and Crewe Railway Station for unrivaled train links to the rest of the country.

As is typical for houses built in the early 1900s, the property is of brick construction and the rooms within are spacious and welcoming. The property retains some of its original period features including glazed wall tiles to the entry porch and decorative architrave. 

The ground floor consists of an entrance porch, hallway, 2 reception rooms (the front lounge hosting a large bay window overlooking a small front garden and the street beyond), a kitchen with fitted units, a modern wetroom
