" An extended semi detached house situated in a prominent position on the edge of Leamington Spa and Whitnash. The property is double glazed, has gas central heating, three bedrooms, two reception rooms, off road parking, a good size garden and rear access. The property is offered for sale with no upward chain and an internal inspection is strongly recommended.

Heritage Property are delighted to offer for sale this semi detached family home. The property has an entrance hall that leads to the main sitting room which is a great size as it was originally two rooms with a double glazed window to the front and a feature fire place with a marble inlay and hearth. Glazed folding doors open into the dining room which forms part of the ground floor extension where there are double glazed double doors opening onto the rear garden.
