Our View

VERY WELL PRESENTED FOUR BEDROOM DETACHED HOUSE - With flexible and spacious accommodation this is a property that in our opinion is presented to an extremely high standard. The accommodation comprises of entrance hall with stairs, lounge with window to the front, separate dining room that leads to the conservatory that overlooks the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of wall and base mounted units with space for appliances and some built in appliances, utility area and w/c. The garage can also be accessed via the rear lobby. To the first floor you will find four bedrooms, all of which are double bedrooms in our opinion, the master having en-suite shower room, and the family bathroom with suite comprising of bath with shower over, low level w/c and pedestal mounted sink. Externally the rear garden is of good size and in our opinion offering a degree of seclusion with lawn and patio area and side access. To the front there is a driveway providing off road parking for multiple vehicles (dependant on vehicles) that leads to the integral garage. Internal viewing is a must to appreciate this family home.
