Here we have a two double bedroom semi detached house in brief comprising entrance hall, lounge, fitted kitchen and ground floor wc along with a rear storm porch. To the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Externally there are gardens to the front, side and rear of the home along with detached garage and parking. EPC grade E.

Our View

This two bedroom semi detached house is situated on a corner plot. Having generous garden space to the front side and rear we would strongly recommend an internal viewing in order to appreciate the size. On entering the home there is an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor landing and a door to the lounge. The lounge offers a double glazed window to the front and access to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner has been fitted with a range of matching base and wall units, roll top work surfaces and a double glazed window to the side. Further more there is space and plumbing for automatic appliances and a fitted sink and drainer unit. To the rear of the home there is a storm porch which gives way to a useful ground floor wc and store room. To the first floor, both bedrooms are of double proportions and the bathroom is fitted with a wc, wash basin and panel bath with shower over.
