" It is all about location with this semi-detached home, set in the sought after Palm Bay.There is lots to do in the area, with the cliff top walks, local beaches and Northdown Park, all within a short walk away. Looking further afield, you have Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Westwood Cross and Margate, all of which have plenty to do, whether it be shopping, eating, sports, or just relaxing. Palm Bay has always been a popular area, with its own bus service and small row of shops. The property offers a lounge and kitchen/breakfast room, which opens out into the rear garden.
The garden has a patio area to the back of it, which in the summer months, would make a great place to catch some evening sunshine with a glass of wine.There is also an electric door garage to the front of the house, so in the shorter evenings, you will not have to brave the cold and dark, also keeping your car frost free.Due to the layout of the property, there is an extra piece of garden which currently houses a shed, so you can even have a workshop too.Great homes in great locations do not stay on the market for long, so come and see for yourself!

I came to view this property without even seeing a set of details, as I knew it was the one for me!I had viewed a few properties, but kept missing out on the ones in this area. There is no thru-traffic so it is nice and quiet here, and the neighbours are really friendly. My work keeps me busy, but when I have time, there is nothing like a relaxing walk over to Broadstairs. I have been here for over 10 years, and can honestly say I have loved every minute of it.
