" This two bedroom Grade II listed property is a little over a mile from both the University of Kent and Christchurch University campuses. The property is also close to Canterbury West station which has the high speed service that links to St Pancras in under an hour. Entrance is through the porch which then leads into the large living/dining room. This room is beautifully lit by the dual aspect windows and has a fireplace in the living area. The dining area will comfortably fit a table and six chairs. This then leads through to the bright and modern fitted kitchen/breakfast room which has a built in electric oven, gas hob, built in dishwasher and built in fridge.
