" The perfect family home. A 1930s three bedroom semi-detached house offering ample living accommodation with two receptions and kitchen. The second reception has double glazed windows to the rear offering views of the rear garden which is in excess of 70' and benefiting from views across Folkestone. Its location is within walking distance of bus routes and with easy access to the motorway network to London and the Kent coast. It is also situated in a popular residential location. Folkestone town centre has a wide range of shopping, schooling and recreational facilities as well as The Leas which offers views across to France. Properties in this location rarely stay available for long and this property needs to be viewed internally to be fully appreciated. Additional benefits include an extension to the ground floor offering access to the rear garden and a ground floor cloakroom.

What the Owner says:

This house was perfect for us, however we have unfortunately outgrown it. With three children and two adults all living under the same roof we need to buy something bigger with more space. Ideally, we would be able to extend the property and stay in this house but we have accepted that we will have to move to gain the accommodation we require. My children particularly enjoy the rear garden and we hope that the next family that move in will get as much enjoyment out of it as we did.
