" In for Christmas? Well you'd better get moving quick- this 2 bedroom home in Cheriton won't be around forever. If you need to be just a short walk from the train station, the shops and places to eat and drink then the locations perfect - and the house? Well its almost unique in the road as it has not only off road parking at the front but an oversized garage at the back - it's so wide that there isn't anyone that couldn't park in it! The house itself needs some updating but you don't have the expensive concerns of new heating or new windows - everything has been taken care of, so outside of painting and decorating (and perhaps in time a kitchen and bathroom) you're ready to go.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

This has been a great road to live on because everything is so close. Its only five minutes to the shops and there's enough there that if you need something like milk on your way home from work you can just pop in and out. The parking has been a welcome addition and has meant that the typical first come first served arrangement has never effected us. Its a lovely house full of happy memories and the neighbours are lovely, you couldn't really ask for much more.
