" We really think this three bedroom home, priced to sell, is a real find. Our clients have just recarpeted the property and its neutral decor and pleasing finish is just right to move into. As a family home, if you are looking for space for the children to do their homework, or another tv room, there are two receptions and of course most people's dream - an en-suite to the master bedroom. What we feel is particularly good about this home is that it has a detached garage and parking but the real bonus for any family or couple is the 13' kitchen/breakfast room ideal for those sociable parties or simply watching the children do their homework. Along with the cloakroom there is a family bathroom and to the front the home overlooks a green, nice to have a feel of open space about you. We believe the property was built approximately 10 years ago and has double glazing as you would expect, along with gas central heating.
