" This home is a real gem! The current owner keeps it absolutely immaculate so it would suit someone looking for a home that doesn't need any work and can be moved straight into. The decoration is in very neutral colours, so making your own mark when you move in can be fun to express yourself. The owner told me that reason why she brought the house was how much it reminded her of a Doll's House, and it does, it is charming, well layed out and fantastically presented. The rear garden has a brick wall outlining the boundary and whilst the garden is easy maintenance, it would be ideal for friends and family to enjoy a BBQ in the summer months. Off road parking is directly in-front of the home so getting the shopping from the car to the door doesn't turn into a relay. The area has good transport links so travelling to work in the mornings is that little bit quicker and less stressful. Perhaps jump on a bus that can take you into Deal town centre and enjoy a walk along the beach or stroll past the shops.

I feel that this is a family home so I am looking to downsize and move nearer to the Town. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and have tried my best, to keep it looking as nice as when I first set eyes on it.
