" Golf Road is aptly named with the Royal Cinque Ports golf club literally situated at the end of the road. For those non golf enthusiasts the picturesque seafront and the convenience of the local amenities of Deal historic town centre are all close to hand and where better to buy your next family home. The warm and cosy feel of this period semi really sings out with feature fireplace to the sitting room, a separate dining room and further kitchen/breakfast room which has been re-done in the last 18 months. With Butler sink and Range cooker, the kitchen/diner really is the heart of the home and perfect for those family breakfasts, the epitome of family living. Outside the large rear garden will be perfect for the children to play in and certainly more than enough space for the much wanted trampoline!

It was the character and period feel of the home that first attracted our attention 8 years ago and with large family garden it was ideal for the children. Since then we have installed new bathroom, re-decorated, put in double glazing and a new kitchen which we really love. The kitchen is now a real family room and the whole house has a warm and cosy feel. Location was really important to us when we were looking to buy and this home being close to the town, seafront, golf course and being on a main bus route has been a real bonus and great for a growing family. The large family garden has been fantastic for the children as well as being a real sun trap.
