" Convenient and on the edge of the city walls, this would be perfect for professionals to either work in or commute from Canterbury. The city centre enjoys a vast array of shops, restaurants and bars, and caters for all types of entertainment. Canterbury West train station is not far so with the new fast link in, commuting just gets easier. Inside, the apartment has a large open plan living area with a slightly partitioned kitchen providing a modern concept of easy living. The two bedrooms are great doubles with an en-suite to the master and a good size main bathroom making it easier for guests or even tenants. If you were considering this apartment as an investment the rental market in Canterbury is strong and usually in demand for more properties, especially in the centre. The vendor’s position is that she will be moving up the property ladder and something new she can make her mark on. She is very motivated so any timescale is possible. Bingley Court as a development looks over part of the City and the playing fields close by so your outlook is always sunny, even on a rainy day.

What the Owner says:

I fell in love with this apartment the minute I walked through the door, and will be sad to say goodbye. The location is second to none, and I've found it to be my very own warm, peaceful sanctuary in the centre of the city. And I especially enjoyed those summers evenings enjoying a glass of wine on my balcony overlooking the communal gardens.I'm a country girl at heart and after 8 years of city living, I have decided to move to a village outside of Canterbury, but am certain that whoever moves in after me will love living here just as much as I have.
