" This three bedroom Victorian terraced house is in a fantastic central location ideal for families looking to get on to the property ladder or commuters needing quick access to the train station. The property is in need of some updating but offers huge potential with spacious and flexible accommodation. For investors looking to add to their student portfolio, the property has historically been a student let and can be registered as a HMO. The entrance hallway gives access to two large reception rooms, one of which is currently used as a bedroom and has a lovely bay window. The living room flows through to the spacious kitchen with a freestanding oven and hob, a freestanding fridge freezer and a useful utility cupboard with space and plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer.
