" This spacious and light 4 bedroom detached family home with level garden is located on a popular residential road within walking of the village green and Upper Warlingham railway station. The property is well presented and has a modern interior offering flexible accommodation with those rooms to the rear of the property enjoying views to the secluded, level garden.
The entrance hall has a wooden floor and the double aspect sitting room features two picture windows providing much natural light and a limestone fireplace with a cast iron multi fuel stove. This leads to a dining room with a parquet floor and door to the garden.
