What the Owner says:

We bought this house 4 years ago as we completely fell in love with the location. We needed to be able to commute into London easily & we couldn't believe that from here we could walk to Morden tube station in around 20minutes & get to London easily via the Northern line. Another major bonus for us were the local parks. Ravensbury Park is just around the corner & is a lovely place to take our son for a picnic. He also goes to Cranmer school which has had some outstanding OFSTED reports & is walking distance from here . Since living here, we have made small changes like putting in new work-tops in the kitchen & the addition of the breakfast bar. It is now time for us to down-size but we know the new owners will love it here - it has everything!
