The main living space, being light and airy, opens up to the kitchen with stairs leading down to the lower ground.
The lower ground floor level has the two double bedrooms and the family sized bathroom.The apartment comes with a garage en-bloc, visitors' parking and is also offered for sale with no onward chain.Stable Court is situated on Croydon Road close to the centre of Caterham Valley, so is well positioned for access to the shops, bars and restaurants as well as Caterham train station with regular links to both East Croydon and the City.

As this was our first home purchase, one of the reasons we chose it was the unusual layout which, we felt, made it stand out from the others we had viewed.Having the bedrooms below the living accommodation has been a real blessing as we are both shift workers so have been guaranteed a good nights' sleep whatever the time of day.
