This semi-detached family home is situated in a quiet, cul de sac location overlooking allotments and close to Westway Common. The property offers adaptable accommodation with an extended ground floor that currently comprises a double glazed entrance porch leading to an entrance hall with doors to all rooms. To the front is a good sized sitting room with a bay window and fireplace. The second reception room is at the heart of the house with an open plan feel that in turn leads through to the rear conservatory. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall units with plenty of space for appliances. There is scope to open up the ground floor space further if required. The conservatory overlooks and leads onto the rear garden. There is also a useful ground floor WC.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and a single room as well as a modern, family bathroom fitted with a four piece suite comprising a low level WC, wash hand basin, walk in shower cubicle and a bath. From the landing a spiral staircase leads to the top floor landing with a door to the loft bedroom. The room has been used as a double bedroom and features eaves storage and two Velux windows.

There is a good selection of local shops including a Tesco supermarket within walking distance as well as a bustling high street with a selection of more traditional shops. There are leisure and fitness facilities on the Village and at the de Stafford sports centre whilst Caterham on the Hill is surrounded by miles of open countryside including Happy Valley and the North Downs as well as the nearby Westway Common. The Surrey National golf course is also nearby. There is a selection of good schools for children of all ages locally in the area. There is a footpath close by that cuts across Queens Park to the top of Church Hill and down to the Valley as well as one to the High Street. More comprehensive facilities can be found in Caterham Valley and there are regular buses nearby to Croydon and Redhill. Frequent trains to London and East Croydon from Caterham or Upper Warlingham. "
