" Not to be missed, this spacious and well presented split level maisonette is situated on 2 floors, is offered for sale at a competitive price.
In our opinion this is a well presented and spacious 2 good size bedroom flat. Benefits include double glazing except to the kitchen window, and central heating. There is also a private rear garden.
This property has been much improved and modernised by the current owner during the time she has owned it.
To the main floor we have to the front a main lounge, and to the rear a kitchen/dining room providing great space for everyday living and entertaining guests, off the inner hall is the bathroom, to the main floor as well we find a larder and under stairs cupboard.
In addition to the main floor accommodation on the first floor we also have 2 bedrooms, with access to a boarded loft from bedroom 1, and in bedroom 2 we have fitted wardrobes with access to roof space behind.

We liked the location, being within walking distance to local amenities and transport, we liked the fact that the property was on 2 floors and offered spacious living accommodation and a private garden. The fact that the 2 bedrooms were of good size as well helped a lot. The flat had a lovely, homely feel, and felt right for us on the first visit.
