" Backing onto a neighbouring field and enjoying an open aspect, is this refurbished semi detached residence. The owner tells us ?we have lived here since the year 2000, we recall when we first viewed the property it was the view that sold the home to us. The property needed a lot of work doing to it, however, this did not put us off as we could see the potential to create a home to our design. During our time here, we have redesigned the ground floor which now provides open plan living featuring a log burner providing a focal point. We have also added a conservatory which allows us to enjoy the garden and view even during the winter months. In addition we have replaced the boiler and hot water tank and windows. To the outside we laid the block paved driveway that provides parking for several vehicles, with parking at a premium nowadays, this is a big plus. The property still offers further potential with scope to extend, subject to the necessary approvals?. EPC D.
