What the Owner says:

We moved to Epping because we wanted more community lifestyle for our family. Location was very important as we knew the children would ulitmately use the tube a lot and how right we were. The secure feeling that they could step out of the station and be at their front door within a couple of minutes has always been very reassuring. We change the house in a number of ways including increasing the bedrooms by simply upgrading that was there and we are now looking to downsize.
