" This lovely four bedroom family home enjoys a westerly facing garden on the popular Norsey Farm development which is within both the sought after Buttsbury and Mayflower School area. Internally, this stylishly presented property has over the years, been meticulously refurbished and improved using high spec fittings throughout.

Enjoying generous proportions, the layout of this home is also very traditional, the reception hall, with laminate flooring and an Oak balustrade carpeted stairs case, provides access to each of the ground floor rooms that in turn each have their own special points including the refitted cloakroom with under floor heating. Firstly the kitchen, this has been fitted out in an extensive range of quality German units with integrated appliances, pan draws, pantry cupboards, general storage, glazed wall mounted display cupboards, draws for everything and each with soft closures. Granite work tops under pelmet feature lighting, sit on top on the base units and incorporate a peninsular breakfast bar, an essential for family life. Double doors from the hall lead into the adjacent dining room also with laminate flooring and double doors opening onto the garden. The lounge is a front to back room, naturally well-lit and with a limestone marble fireplace the gas fire will give that cosy feel and extra bit warmth on cold evenings. Double doors from the lounge then lead into the adjoining conservatory, large enough for a sofa and TV this has a ceiling fan light and in turn looks onto the garden.

The first floor starts with a naturally bright landing, again with oak balustrades, panel doors lead into each of the four bedrooms, three being doubles and the forth having plenty of built in storage wardrobes and a desk unit which disguises its true size. The main bedroom with mirror fronted wardrobes has a luxury fitted en-suite shower room, fully tiled with large tiles and under floor heating, there is a large shower cubicle with rain forest shower head, a recessed complimentary dark granite work top incorporating a wash basin and the simplicity of a wall mounted wc. The remaining three bedrooms have use of the family bathroom, also refitted at the same time in a similar style as the cloakroom and en-suite this room has his and hers basins, a wall mounted wc and pea shower bath with curved screen. Cupboards are fitted to the low level areas and together with a wall mounted mirrored vanity cupboard with feature LED lighting provides excellent storage.

The outside space of this property continues to give the extra areas of convenience needed to assist in a busy family home, a double width brick paved drive provides side by side parking and access to the double width garage with ample eaves storage, a fitted utility area and a personal door to the garden. Added to the rear of the garage in a matching brick is another separate room with PVCu window and door, currently used a gym, this room could equally be tailored for use as a home office or even a small treatment room.
Hopefully from reading this you have a good impression of this home, we expect this property to receive a good level of interest and we would certainly recommend this for consideration.
