" Embu is a detached dormer style property, probably built originally in the 1920's, with later extensions. Although requiring a little modernisation and improvement, the asking price does reflect this. On the ground floor is a through lounge, along with a huge family kitchen/dining room. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom could be split to turn this into a 4 bedroom house, subject to the necessary building regulations.
