" Introduction

Shotton is a busy town alongside the banks of the river Dee and is convenient for all amenities. The main areas of local employment are within minutes drive and Chester is only about 8 miles away. Access to both the A55 and the M6 is again only a few miles away.
Shotton town is well served with a wide variety of shops and the local ASDA is in the next town. There are are also several good local junior and high schools.
The property is in good condition although it would benefit from some modernisation.Gas central heating is installed and there is partial double glazing. A modern bathroom has been fitted.
Briefly the spacious accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, two good sized reception rooms, large kitchen, utility room, four bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Rear parking pace, front garden.
