" Presentationally and cosmetically this is, without question, something of a 'Showcase'. Functionally, it covers most needs of a family of four or more: with double fronted 'through' entertaining rooms, four bedrooms, a shower room and en suite bathroom to first floor. More than that there's a little extra in store...

Somewhere to show off Over and beyond this layout of accommodation is a separate single storey building within the rear garden of the house. A unit which is clearly multi functioning, although currently the family gym. This building comes with full local authority approval (and relevant documentation). There's an anti store room area and the main 'room' itself, which as you can see from the photos, is plastered, decorated and heated and comes with two pvc windows. Alternatively, great space for the home office. Tip top Back to the main house and we hope the selection of photographs here give some indication of just how well presented and decorated this home is. Spotless. Clean. Modern. A home that is bright, light, fresh with all its white decor. Welcoming too. A sensible solution Th extension to the left hand side of the house is a smart extension. It gives the house a double fronted facade, with substance. Internally this second new through room allows the accommodation to flow easily from hall to kitchen. And the kitchen is a striking one, with its polished black 'retro' tiling everywhere, contrasting with the white units and rich solid wood work surfaces. A few extras is all it takes A few additions that ensures maximum light and feel of space are the number of internal glass doors as well as the ceramic tiled floor that runs throughout the ground floor. Good, relaxing space Our favourite room of the house has to be the through living room. It's quite a substantial room in size (refer to the floor plan) and it has a spectacular fireplace as well as a great view through double opening pvc doors to the rear garden. Upstairs At first floor and unless the parents choose the bedroom with en suite, there's going to be a sibling fight for who bags this one. Its the second largest of the three double bedrooms and comes with a fairly large and immaculate en suite bathroom with corner bath. No queueing here In between here and the separate shower room across the landing is the separate loo - just as smartly presented and tiled in black and white as the other two rooms. The main bedroom has an exra wide window - all windows are in pvc and with the front of the house having a particularly attractive Georgian style to them. This bedroom also has wall to wall wardrobe furniture included. The third double bedroom, to the rear of the house, also comes with wardrobes and dressing table and drawers to match whilst the fourth bedroom is currently commandeered as the 'office' given the family's current keep- fit regime. Outdoors You'll on really begin to appreciate how little maintenance work there is to do outside, with two small rectangular shaped lawns to the front and with the rest being shaped and pebbled areas and a block paved drive for two- when you come for your viewing. Meanwhile the rear has a great mix of materials creating a colourful, interesting maintenance free garden, next to week is a well kept, well treated expanse of patio decking. And as you can see, it's not a long walk to the gym. In summary This is a house that's 'top drawer' in so many ways. A house that has much to offer (and a little bit more from the norm) including what is obvious to us is both a low maintenance inside and outside. Locator Fleetcroft Road is a road that runs parallel to Arrowe Park Road and of course, for that, is a short walk for any of you employed by the hospital. In fact its location is handy for all sorts with public transport on that said road and the motorway only a few minutes drive away.
