" Very very few of the houses along Dudley Close have the size of garden this house enjoys. Fact. In fact, the garden is likely to be bigger than you'd expect for a relatively modern three bedroomed semi, anywhere, but especially in Oxton Village. Various other features to look out for on your viewing.......Read on

Take the hall, for example. Again, a surprisingly large, bright hall with attractive solid wood floor covering that happens to extend from here into the 'through' living room. This is a room with a splendid view onto this large family garden (and view beyond that too). First step out on to the quite new decked patio area which extends the full width of the house - a perfect spot for morning coffee. To the other end of the room is a fireplace with living flame fire as focal point to the relaxing lounge area of this room. The kitchen is also obviously larger than the standard having been extended some years ago. (You can see the difference in size here too, compared with archived properties sold through ourselves on Rightmove) It offers great space and great work surface area too, plus integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer. There's also room for a little table to the bottom of the kitchen where a second window looks out onto the garden. There's access from the kitchen to an integral garage. It's a fair size and there may be an opportunity to create a cloakroom/utility within, sometime in the future. Upstairs and there are three bedrooms, two doubles and an appealing bathroom. This has a four piece suite including bath and separate shower cabinet. Back outside and the front obviously has off road parking in front of the garage with potential for extending parking for two. The garden to the rear we've mentioned. A great size with an open aspect view. Apart from the decked area off the patio doors, there's a second patio to the bottom of the garden to catch the late afternoon sunshine. Over to the right hand side is a substantial garden store with light and power. Nearby stands the splendid apple tree. Locator Dudley Close is very close to the very hub of Oxton Village. About a 3 minute walk to the centre - the landmark being the red post box on Rose Mount. The Village offers a whole range of shops, cafes, bars, boutiques, florist, butchers, grocers as well as a Post Office too.
